We aim to connect with each cat, get to know their personality and provide a level of care and attention that gives them the best opportunity to relax and enjoy their stay with us.
We are committed to managing our environmental impacts in a responsible way.
WHAT WE DO
INTERACT WITH YOU IN A WAY THAT:
- uses the knowledge you have about your cat for their benefit.
- explains what you can expect and how we utilise our experience to meet your cat’s needs.
- provides enough flexibility to deal with changing situations and circumstances.
PROVIDE CATS IN OUR CARE WITH:
- a secure and clean environment to ensure they remain safe and healthy.
- premium food suited to their needs and life stage to provide quality nutrition and reduce the chance of upset tummies.
- close monitoring of behaviour and health to ensure we can quickly identify any issues and respond appropriately.
- a level of interaction that minimises anxiety and provides suitable enrichment so they settle here quickly and come home happy.
CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT BY:
- using solar panels to generate and use clean energy.
- hot composting all used litter to minimise waste and ensure any parasites are destroyed.
- using cleaning agents that are safe for cats, effective on pathogens, and biodegradable.
- using manual and non-chemical pest and weed control in order to minimise the chemical burden on the environment.
